Meditation helps to improve concentration.

I spend more than 1 hour in meditation and many of them told that there is change in me.By that many of my friends started meditation.They also changed a lot.

I think meditation help in so many ways.Meditation can help to resolve the deepest of niuroses,fears and conflict which play their part in causing stress and ill health. Meditation good for people with high blood pressure as it brings the B.P.to normal.So i am bog fan of meditation. I do meditate but not for more than five minutes.

Meditation is good for your mind, body and soul. Anything we can do to reduce our stress levels will always be beneficial to us. Personally I am a big fan of meditation and yoga and have participated in both for many years now. I recommend that any one who has not tried meditation tries it sooner then later.

One hour in meditation. It is highly impossible for me. I do meditate but not for more than some 10 minutes. It requires a lot of practice to meditate for one hour. It is not possible for me to stop thinking in my mind. The change what I observed is our patience improves and our thinking capabilities on a particular issues improve. It gives our mind some peace.

meditation helps you to get in touch with your inner self. it helps you to understand yourself more and therefore helps you to accept who you truly are. if you are able to understand and accept who you truly are then it would be easy for you to love yourself and forgive your self for all the mistakes you have done in your life.

Meditation helps in so many ways. I meditate not as much but i do whenever i have peace to myself (alone time no distractions). It helps me focus more & brightens up new ideas that helps me succeed in daily life

If you have patience then it can help you a lot.In starting it is not easy because it doesn't work as any medicine but if you make it part of your daily life then you will realize the changes..yes it does bring changes in life and personality.

it's truth.i have done meditation last 1yr b4.then i understood power of the meditation.i like to do but no time.keep it up
