im a new in mylot.i just wanna know how to earning money with photo in mylot.to all mylotter who has earn with photo and how to do that?thank

First read the Photo Guidelines carefully: http://www.mylot.com/o/photoguidelines.aspx then read what is written in the FAQs under "Photos": http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq10.aspx
Photos are useful when they illustrate and materially add to a discussion. Random, unrelated photos and those which are covered by copyright (as MOST photos on the Internet are) are liable to be deleted.
The best way to earn in MyLot is to participate fully in discussions and to make sure that what you post is of excellent quality.

"all photo that you upload in discussion will be convert to money"
IF they comply to the Guidelines.
Otherwise they will be removed by admin.

I have not uploaded any photos here on myLot. From the discussions of fello-myLotters, I do know that uploaded photos earns. So far, I do not have any photos which would be of interest to the community. I am continuing on posting and responding to positngs only.
