MyLot is a discussion site and you will earn if youpost quality topics, responses and comments and further the topic of discussion.
It is NOT a paid-to-post site and you do not earn a fixed amount for anything (except tasks).
You do NOT earn for the work of others either. If you start a new discussion and want to earn for it then you should comment on the responses that it receives, furthering the topic. You do NOT earn for the responses that others post on it, they earn for those.

Is it necessary to comment on every response that we get for our new discussion? Is it right that we will not be paid for others responses to our new discussion??

If you start a conversation offline then you will talk with some of those who speak to you, if you find that what they say is interesting. It is the same here. If you see a response which is interesting then you can comment to it. It is not compulsory to comment to everyone but it is respectful and you will earn by doing so.
We are NOT paid for the work of others. Even offline we do not earn for what others do and it is the same here.

We earn for ALL of our own activity whether it is new topics for discussion, responses on discussions started by others and/or comments on our own or other discussions.
I type, I earn. YOU type, YOU earn - simple!

You are paid for what you type; I am paid for what I type. It is that simple. If you start a discussion, you may earn a few cents (depending on the quality) but you will earn NOTHING more for it (regardless of how many responses the discussion gets) unless you can give good quality replies - 'comments' - on those responses. That is what discussion means!
As MysDianIt has said, nearly all of the questions you have about MyLot are answered somewhere in the FAQs. DO read them! (Not all at once, perhaps, but, every time you have a question about MyLot, look through the appropriate part of the FAQs).
The more descriptive, relevant and helpful you are, the better will be the quality of your participation (and the more others are likely to give you positive ratings) and the more you will earn.
You asked about the blogs. What do you want to know about them? Read the FAQs on 'Blogs' here: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq18.aspx You will also earn from commenting on blogs so long as you post your comments in the MyLot site. If you would like to see your own blog linked to, you will need first to have it accepted. Only certain types of blog are acceptable. Read the FAQs and the instructions on how to submit your blog.

Thank you for your support. Sure I will read Faq's. I submitted my blog links 4 days before and still they are pending. And one more question about submission. While submitting it's asking for feed url and the other link i suppose to provide. I didn't understand the difference between those two links. please do reply me.
