It is very common as we advance in age, we are affected by blood pressure. The high blood prssure is very common. It depends upon heredity, using tobacco sedentary life pattern, lack of sleep diabetes and high cholesterol. Many suffer from hyper tension. The negative anxity, failure in life may cause blood pressure. One has to be careful when he is affected by high blood pressure We can use some preventive measures to control high blood pressure. Garlic rduces cholesterol and high blood pressure. It prevents blood from clotting. Beetroot juice, Cocoa, banana and artichokes are very powerful food items to fight high blood pressure. Some wear the copper bangle. They say by wearing this metal the pressure gets reduced.

It seems more and more people will have the high blood pressure when they grow old. Probably it is because they seldom do exercises and have the unhealthy diet. There is no a solution to totally get rid of this problem. But you can still do some exercise and try to have the light diet. Do not take a lot of salty food. Your blood pressure shall remain stable and this problem will not get worse. I love China

Hai youless I also agree with your comment.regular exercise and controlling food surely make us apart from disease. mental tension also have a big part for increasing blood pressure.

Wearing copper bangle reduces blood pressure ? That's very interesting. I have also heard people say wearing pearls controls blood pressure. Well, I have high blood pressure, and I have to be very careful with foods that aggravares blood pressure. The two things I am very careful with are salty foods and coconut, any thing that has coconut in it, fruit flesh or juice.

Hai greeline it is true wearing these types of bangles reduces blood pressure. wearing pearls chain is good for health. it all have some scientific reaction to our body. Like diamond ring wearing is very good to change our bad effects.controlling food is very good.

I am taking bp medication for the last 28 years. Though it is under control but my doctor insist that I continue taking my medications.

Lowering the blood pressure is just a matter on how we handle our daily life activities.Stress is really a risk factor that can contribute to hypertension as well so its better to manage the way of living as well.Minimize exposure to heat also eat balance diet and exercise too.

how come...cocoa n banana reduces blood pressure? what kind of banana? in Indonesia, we have lots kind of banana. even we have a green banana which has a hard seed inside... if we say in English per each word, it becomes a stone banana... pisang batu... pisang=banana, batu=stone... LoL... what else can reduce hypertense.? I get bored of taking the tablets for this hi-blood-pressure.

I suffer with all the above. I am on medication for all of the above. Your discussion is just what I need now I know some of the things I can do to help with my conditions. Things that I don't need a prescription to get them. Thanks and be bless.

My gf has issues with high blood pressure. It runs in her family. Her brother had a heart attack and luckily was to the hospital before anything bad happened. Now he is doing well. Thank you for this information. I will have to let me gf know about the different options to help fight high blood pressure. I, myself, have never had a problem with it, but know how scary it can be. What is the copper bangle? I haven't heard of this yet.
