Dolls for little girls

I was thinking of buying my 2 year old daughter a baby doll and pram. She has two pushchairs but they fold down too easily when she is trying to push them along. I believe that a dolls pram might be far stronger. I had a look on-line at dolls and came across some lovely looking toddler dolls. Which sort of dolls does your little girl like? Has your little girl got a dolls pram or a dolls pushchair? Does she have anything like a crib, car seat or bottle?

My daughter is now 18, and beyond that. But I loved her dolls and prmas so much that I have kept some. I remember her having at least two dolls prams. She often put her soft toys in there instead. Tried the cat too, but she didn't appreciate it. My daughter had some beautiful dolls, but she was always fonder of the soft toy animals. She had over 100 of them. when we packed to move homes, she gave a lot of her soft toys and dolls to charities. Some were my favpurites so I have kept them. We didn't have a car seat,or a croib, but did have a ababy carrier. Oh, there was a bottle. I am sure your two year old will absolutely love whatever you buy her.

When I was younger I had a really brilliant dolls pram - it was a traditional style where the doll lay flat and it was burgundy with big silver wheels. I got fed up of taking my dolls out though and started taking my pet rabbit out around the green next to our house. He was very docile and as it was covered he would lay down and just let me push him around. He never tried to jump out and seemed very happy in there!

Well, I have no daughters on my own, but, I have two little nices I love as much as mine, and, they also love, as any other little girl, I think, to play with dolls, they love to carry them on little pushchairs, and now, there are some, dolls, I mean, that are just like a little baby, I am not quite sure about those anatomically correct doll for little babys, but there are some who actually drinks from the bottle, mess their dipper, cry and a lot of things more, that girls enjoy to play with. I am thinking in this type of dolls as christmas presents myself.

Hi Maxine, My girls had all sort of dolls, but most of them were bought by their grandparents. I bought them legos, pencils and paper to colour and books to read to them. When I bought them dolls, I checked for a doll with a lovely face (there are so many ugly dolls in the market!). I remember the girls had a doll pram at one time, but they used it to carry a very patient hen we had at the time.

I think buying baby dolls and strollers too complicated. but I have not encountered this problem because I have two boys and of course they do not play with dolls. best to see these dolls before you buy because you think you should see what they are made and whether they are safe. I hope you can see them and buy them also very youngest to their delight and they are comfortable. very interesting discussion. nice day!
