any offline data entry project

I am not in India, so I am not sure how much help I can be. However, here in the US if we are looking for offline work, such as data entry, then we would look in our local newspaper for job listings. We would also go to local businesses that would have data entry positions, such as a large corporation, and inquire as to whether or not they have positions available. In addition, we have employment agencies that can help us find jobs in a particular field, but these are often temporary positions and do not pay as well as getting the job ourselves. Maybe you have some of the same things in your area that you could look into.
