Post Urls Should I submit them for SEO

Hi everyone.I am learning alot about SEO however I am unsure about whether I should submit my new post urls anywhere to help after I create a new post.I have searched for an answer but found conflicting messages some say no while others say yes.
Should I be doing this and where is the best place to ping or submit them.I have many posts on my blog and I have never submited a post url.

Generally, it has been my experience that you submit a website or webpage rather than an individual post or article. You should be careful with over submitting them, though. If you do it too much, then it can actually hurt you rather than help you. Some search engines have a "safety feature" to avoid getting spammed with a ton of duplicate urls every day, so be careful. That does not mean that you can't resubmit when additional information is added, but do not do it too often.
