Judge beats disabled daughter
Unless you've been hiding under a rock for about the past week, you would have heard about the Judge William Adams abuse case. The Judge struck disabled 16 year old daughter Hillary Adams approximately 20 times with a belt for the offence of downloading legally unavailable music and games over the Internet in 2004. Apparently, this wasn't the first beating Miss Adams endured, and she recorded the trauma with a hidden web cam.
Having watched the video, Mr. Adams appeared out of control as he swore and struck the girl repeatedly in open rage. He wanted his 'obedient little girl' back. Having a type of cerebral palsy, the girl dare not fight back.
As the statute of limitations has not run out on the legal case, the Judge is under investigation.

I hadn´t heard of it, but it seems that all professions have abusaers. I hope that rhis judge gets what he deserves. I remember, not so long ago, about a case of a woman who beat a baby almost to deaath and the judge in charge left her free. OMG!!!

From what I hear it sounds like he won't be legally prosecuted, but his name is mud and he could well loose his job. As it is his home is being pizza bombed by certain Web activists.

I confess I am a rock hider and wish I had remained under it after reading this. I have never heard about this tragic incident and glad I hadn't. Since I did stop and read your discussion however I will say this I think people should drop the "judge" part from their story who cares what his profession is. What someone does as a living doesn't make them bad/good parents. There are good parents and bad ones in all professions and IMO this guy is just an abuser and headline should read abusive father beats disabled daughter. Although I am sure he thought he was hiding behind his robe. Striking with a belt or any implement is abuse. And worse at 16 handicapped or not the girl was way too old to spank even if it hadn't got abusive which in this case it obviously did.

no matter what you do for a living you have norig to beat a child. he need to go to jail. as a judge he will go to a federal prison to keep him away from the people he put in prion but i think he should go to a regular prison so he can get his just dews.

I agree, I just stated that what he did for a living put a bit of added Fail to what he did.
