nutritional benefits of eating raw food

Is eating raw food healthy? and what are the benefits of eating raw food over cooked food. Eating raw food sounds so unhappening but i hear that it is high is nutritive value.

raw foods as salads is ok and so is having rice flakes or corn flakes with milk or cream. over cooking veggies with too much of oiul is really bad. my father always asked my mom to steam boil vegetables-[half] only with a pinch of salt and gave it to us children to eat. we loved it and I still would prefer it that way any day. banana stem is the best stomach cleaner and can be made as an ingredient of salad along with coconut and yogurt or curd.

Fruits and vegetables are best eaten raw to get most of the nutrients and since nutrients are dissolved by cooking. Meat and the likes need to be cooked to get rid of bacteria and germs. Cooking vegetable must be only half cooked so as to destroy bacteria through heating.

Cooking destroys nutrients. So eating your fruits and vegetables and greens raw will put more nutrition into your body.

I'm not really sure if all kind of raw is good for eat, but some of it . It is really good.But you are saying it has benefits, i know the vegetables are good in raw way, because some of them , lose their nutritive values.

Raw food is always good for human body.Compare to cooked food raw food has more health benefits, because cooking reduced nutrient values of the food such as vitamins and minerals. Fruits, some vegetables as carrot,cucumber and sprouts are considered as major raw food verities.

I really love to cook vegetables.When I cook it I make sure that i will cook it in moderate fire and make sure the crisp of the vegetables is still their and it is not over cooked.I also love to eat raw vegetables because it is beneficial to our body and health.I prefer eating raw carrots matched with wheat bread and cream cheese that is more tasty and more nutritious.

I think this is a wrong concept. I don't think eating the raw food will be better. Since it can contain many harmful things, such as you may be infected by the parasites. And you may not digest and contain the nutrition since the food is raw. I love China

Yeah,i love eating nutritional food and it's really great.Sometimes when things are just raw,it's the best condition for us to eat.So,stick to the original would be the best and healthy way to eat.Cause sometimes people think money more than anything else,so they destroy the original things.Sometimes i prefer original ones.LOL,have a nice day.

eating raw food and I know it is useful. this helps to some diets. I also love to eat those fruits and vegetables because they have so many more vitamins and nutrients that help. I'm not very familiar but I know that great to eat any raw vegetables. nice day!

I think raw food comes in form of fruits, vegetables and salads. It is true that if you can be able to consume more vegetables, fruits than other type of foods like carbohydrates, the better is your health.
