Anyone have any suggestions for new fiction books to check out? I'm not to picky when it comes to fiction books. I prefer fantasy, sci-fi, or mystery genres, but I'm open to any type. If you recently read a book you really enjoyed, could you let me know a bit about it and what you liked about it?

I love to read! I recently read The Circle Trilogy by Ted Dekker (Black, Red, White and Green) It's a Christian fiction book. Really neat. The main character falls asleep on earth and wakes up in the future, which is more like another world. When he falls asleep there, he returns to present day, but soon its hard for him to figure out which reality is actually real. City of Ashes, City of Bones, and City of Glass are all good. Its a trilogy about demonhunters, vampires, werewolves, etc. Im currently reading the Song of Ice and Fire series books. So far, I'm halfway through A Game of THrones and its good!!

Watchers by Dean Koontz is a really good book. It's kind of a mix of horror/fantasy/mystery, so you should like it! It's my favorite Dean Koontz book so far. I also enjoy a lot of Stephen King Books. Under the Dome was really good, it's over 1,000 pages and i read it in under a week, I couldn't put it down! I also enjoyed Misery, not really a fantasy or mystery but it was really good. Rose Madder by Stephen King was REALLY good, one of my faves. It is def. a fantasy type story, but a little different. My other fave of King is The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, it's a horror/suspense. I love to read, and if I go look at my book shelf I'm sure I could recommend a lot more, but these are the ones I can think of off the top of my head.

Wow, I'm surprised I haven't heard of Dean Koontz. Sounds like I would like it :) I'm pretty selective when it comes to horror. I've read a few Stephen King books, but haven't picked up Under the Dome yet. Thanks for the suggestions!

I love most of James Patterson's books. The last one I listened to on Play away audio was, "Now you see her." It was great. I highly recommend it to anyone one enjoys Patterson novels or just likes suspense and action stories. And the reader in the audio version made it even more exciting since her inflections and her voice was perfect for the book.

I just finished reading one of christine feehans books, in the carapathian series. I luv reading them. But I also enjoy reading the teen vampire books as well, I also got rachel vincent's book If I die, it's new out. I've read a few others in the series, and they were a good read. I like my books with a good adventure and a bit of romance.
