Good day befrindwithme26 You are right...the stores have had out christmas decorations for quite some time already. I decorated my house almost a month ago myself. As soon as halloween was over I took down all my decorations and I did a real good cleaning, walls and all, and I put up my christmas decorations including my tree. So for me christmas is here already and I have been in the spirit for a month now. lol I love putting up decorations in my house for every holiday. I think it just helps to get in the mood for the holiday and just makes me feel better and happy and jolly. Sorry...got a bit carried away there with the enthusiasm. I am driving to Winnipeg for christmas this year. It is about a 13 hour drive but it is worth it because I get so see my granddaughter. She just turned 2 years old on Nov. 18th and I can't wait to see her. I wish we lived closer together so I could see her more often but that's life and I make the best of it by driving out to see her as often as I can, about 3 times a year. I can't fly because I have problems with my eardrums so I have to drive or I would see her more often. A bit off the topic there, huh, so an early merry christmas to all. You are right, friend, December is on the way. Last week, I went to mall, and I saw many christmas ornaments already displayed there. We already find the atmosphere of christmas.

Hi! I always look forward for for Christmas. My children and I enjoy setting up our Christmas tree and put some decorations on it with the lights. I am very happy seeing them enjoy this activity. It reminds me of my father when he was alive. He helps me decorate our Christmas tree. I know that Christmas is fast approaching and I will surely enjoy this important holiday with the family. This is the best time of the year for all of us in the family to get together, enjoy each other's company, and reflect on how God loved us so much to give us the best gift which is His son Jesus and giving us a family that love and support one another.

Yep... I'm ready for the Christmas season! I look forward to it all year. I know a lot of people will have a hard time because of money problems this year, but Christmas isn't just about giving gifts. The colors and sights, sounds and smells of Christmas, family and faith, all make it what it is.
