RIght now waiting to sign papers for a new house my son in law is buying and got papers on this house that it goes up for action on the 1st of Dec . so think he will sign the papers next week well this coming one just waiting for the astemators to do thier job. BUt we been 9 years in this house boy at the stuff we have to move need a big crew od people to help and a big box truck for sure lolololol

I agree with this advice and wish I would have followed it in times when I thought I would have lost when I probably would have won. Also, a positive attitude and steadfast resolve can change the most stubborn minds.

That is very good advice Zelmarq! We must remember that everything does happen for a reason even if that reason is not always apparent to us at the time. We must stay strong in our resolve and never give up on our dreams and more importantly on ourselves.
