Do you snack throughout the day?

To make a long day go by faster and more pleasantly, I usually accompany myself with either fruit gummies or a granola bar just because I love to snack! I pick low calorie snacks so I don't do much of a toll on my weight but I find things are much more enjoyable if you can eat while doing them for example watching TV or doing homework! A small snack is always beneficial and it stimulates the mind too! I'm pretty sure that every day I have something to at least to chew on, maybe gum every now and then, and it helps me to become more focused and in tune with my work, play, or pleasure! What about you? Do you snack at work or at school during the day or are you specific to your three meals or how ever many you eat? Do you love to snack on healthy food, junk food, or just like chew gum or drink a special drink?

I do snack a little throughout the day. It really depends on my mood as to what I snack on. I know that with the holidays, it has been mostly junk. There are some women at work that like to compete for the "best holiday baker" in the company and I have been one of the first people in line for the tests. Normally I eat pretty good though. Fruits are my favorite. That and yogurt as a snack. I am really not thinking of my health as much as the fact that I just like it.

A hearthy aftenoon snack - Heavy enough to fill my need
When I take my snack I make sure it is really a hearty snack especially during afternoon snack. This is because I don't wanna go too hungry when dinner comes so I won't be eating a lot for that last meal. So in most cases my afternoon snack is really heavy that sometimes I need not even take dinner at all.

Yes, I do like to snack sometimes during the day. Because I need something to keep my stomach full and occupied before the major meals of the day. I try not to make the snack an unhealthy one. I like to eat low calorie stuff like nuts or raisins and some fresh fruit cut into little pieces. But there are some times where I enjoy having junk food such as chips. I try not to have too much of it since its unhealthy.

I do snack a lot during the day but I find that when I do eat I like to eat a lot. I sometimes have to find the time to eat during the day because I get so caught up in the things that I am doing or I am at work. I have recently been trying to avoid sugar mostly. Not necessarily eating healthy foods but I find that sugar is the one thing that really bogs me down and kills my energy. Chewing gum definitely keeps me busy and I can find that I do not eat as much when I am preocupied with chewing gum. I find that many of the low calorie snacks that I see and avoid are just normal items in small quantities charging a higher price. I am surprised that so many companies can make so much money off of portioning people which is essentially giving us more and charging us the same price or even more. The thing that has really caught my eye recently because I work in a retail environment is how well we sell the small cans of coke/pepsi. Many people buy them for the same price as a regular can and are completely content with their purchase. Also the 100 calorie chip bags that have a dozen chips in them are really amazingly rediculous

Yes, I am. I need snack clear my mind. More stress then more food. :) I snack whatever available here. But I always make sure that I drink only water, not else. So it helps the toxic substance go out of my body. Have a nice day.

Yes I do! I eat all kind of snacks except from chocolate. I love eating fresh fruits and drinking orange juice. From junk food my favourite is doritos chips and pop corn, I can live with chips for a day or two! :P I don't like soft frinks at all, but I enjoy coffee and I drink every day at the office.

oh yes I am a great snacker, I try to snack on fruit but I have a sweet tooth and like the occasional chocolate or biscuit, and I am a junk food lover but am trying to cut down there as well.

I have to admit that I am a snacker. I like snacking throughout the day. I don't always carry a snack with me, but it is something that I will do quite a bit throughout the day. I will usually snack on junk food, but I try to snack on other things as well.

I only eat snack when i feel hungry. I don't let myself go hungry, because i feel dizzy and my head aches when i feel hungry. And besides snacking makes you eat less on your main meals. At least, that is good for those who are trying to cut down on their weight like me.

hi, snacking through out the day, may make you so dizziness and also make you fat. Instead give certain intervals of time, can get you so healthiness. Though you may eat less fat foods, it may make you unhealthy.

coffee will do.I don't eat much because i have a very slow metabolism.. so instead of eating snack i always have coffee,tea or water.Even when i was working i don't really eat much.more often i don't eat lunch,just coffee in the morning and in the afternoon then dinner. My daughter eats a lot so i always cook snack for her ,junkies are big no no's to her..
