I am really stuck on ideas as to what to get my husband for Christmas. He really has no hobbies other than movies and music. He has plenty of clothes and cologne and all the little stuff. He puts most of his music on his MP3 player now. So, cds are even out.I guess I could get him a new mini cd player for when he listens to music before going to sleep. I need help because I am not real creative when it comes to this stuff.

I hope your husband is more into music and like to listen to music, so why not his favorite song from your throat. I mean just sing a song which is near to his heart.

That is a good idea however, my husband does not appreciate my voice lol. I am tone deaf so I don't sing well. If I practice a lot and really work at it once in a while I can sing half way decent. But, it's not that great.

does he like old movies? cause i was thinking you can get him a dvd of a movie which ranks in his all time favorites but is hard to find nowadays; same goes for music. maybe even a turntable kind in its original carton or somethin or speakers or top of the line head set (men usually are into electronics right? :)

He does love old movies. I have even gotten him a couple of old movie posters off Ebay. He loved it. And some old music too. He is so into gadgets and has most that he wants already. Good ideas and something to think on. Thanks

Buying a gift for a man can be much harder than buying a gift for a woman. It is even harder if they won't tell you any hints about what they want. If he has any hobbies like golf, maybe you could get him a pass to a golf course. When I didn't know what to get my ex, I would call a friend of his, and he usually knew what he wanted. He was rebuilding a car, and it was usually car parts and they are all the same to me. Can you think of anyone that might know what he really wants, one of his friends or someone from work. Maybe they can help you.

How about listening some music life somewhere? Or going to the cinema instead of ... Or giving him some great movies and keep a movie-watch-24 hours-quality time together? It's not about the presents but about attention, being attentive and to know what he likes. I think you can make him happy with that. BTW music and watching movies are hobbies too! I don't know in what way he is watching movies. I like to see for example the same story but different versions of it made by different people/actors through the years. If he likes something like that you can have your 24 hour maraton-movie-night. I think you are creative enough.

maybe you should get him an IPod Nano from the apple store...you can even engrave his name on it
