All of us have life experience. We may remember the quality of our food that we used to eat when we were small. We may remember how we used to eat when we were adolescents and youth. Today as adults do we eat the same kind or style of food? We may notice that our eating habits have been transformed today. Most of us perhaps ate simple but genuine food when we were small. Today we may eat even unhealthy food without having a self control. Can we say that our eating habits have been transformed to better or are they have been transformed to be abusive to physical and moral value system?

Gone are the days when I can eat anything and everything with no adverse impact on health. Foods then were more healthy and pure. Now with the increasing world population, food manufacturers are becoming more creative in inventing new synthetic foods without much thoughts on the quality much less the nutrients content of the foods as long as they can reap profits. And with the busy lifestyles we have, our eating patterns have changed. As long as the food are filling people take whatever they can grab and this gave fast food chains more reasons to globalize their outlets. Few years down the road we start to feel sick due to the foods that we put in our mouths which gave rise to what they called modern age sicknesses.

I think it has to do with individual and what we choose to eat. I won't say that I always eat health but I try to make right choices for what I eat. The only problem is that food nowadays seems to have alot of chemicals unlike before.
