whitening the teeth

I have yellow teeth. I brush my teeth every day. I don't smoke. I don't drink much tea. However, I have yellow teeth. Could anyone make a suggestion to contribute me to whiten my teeth?

There are many ways in order for you to achieve white teeth. It could be natural or by the help of a dentist. For natural, use your toothbrush and put a little amount of salt in it. Try to brush it in your mouth. Another is to use guava leaves. They say it helps. But if non of these works, you may seek the help of dentist.

First of all: how white (or yellow) your teeth are has to do with your dna. Smoking, drinking coffee/tea but also medication (antibiotics) can change the colour of your teeth. Also age will (so the older you get the darker/yellower your teeth get). Personally I think it's abnormal to have very bright, white teeth. Those so called shiny white teeth you see in the commercials are not because of the toothpaste but thanks to the dentist. He/she can give you some stuff to bleach your teeth! But... even then we can't have all the same white shining teeth. So if you really want some (whiter) teeth go to a dentist and ask for it. You can buy stuff like that yourself too but that is just a waste of money.

Sometimes brushing your teeth is not enough to do the job...I suggest that you see your dentist once in a while and have it cleaned.
