I´ll be free of doctors until February

Dear friends, I went to the doctor today and she said I was much better. My next appointment is in February and until then I have to start eating different foods little by little, as a baby is taught to eat a variety of foods. I´m afraid that vacations are out of the question until March or April, if all goes well. But on the other hand, my vacation money has gone to pay for a lot of things that you don´t count on. Thanks to all those friends who have been with me this year. I´m only hoping now that my stomach will get better (the doctor says it should be OK in a month or so) so that I can eat the produce of my vegetable garden. Tomatoes are small, but they are growing quickly. A great hug to all!

Good to hear that you will have a long break away from the doctors. I pray that February will be your last visit. You are an encouragement to each and everyone of us by your determination and courage. God protect you always. Enjoy your Christmas.

Dear friend, that is good news.. I guess you already know that if you eat fermented food, like sauerkraut etc, when you are able to, it will help to digest the vegetables.. It is a good season for you to recover.. We have snow here and pending between + and - C. No veggies as far as I can see, except in the stores.. Talking about earnig and vacation, did you see my message? Have a great summer..

Looks like I have an attack of dementia or alzheimer - can´t remember what I wrote - checked the PMs and you already answered the last one.. Anyway, I guess you have seen that Neobux is making progress, might become a good income stream according to what they say.. There is another great opportunity starting now that has been developed for some years already. I have been there almost from the beginning. They are planning to work with South America too, and you can find the link on my website. Big Value Depot will be a platform for us to sell things we don´t need and buy things we need. But I´ll inform you later when it really starts! Have a great day!

WOW...an early Christmas present...and SO deserved! That is really, really...GREAT NEWS, guicha! Just think, what a big "cuisine" world that is now re-opening to you...that you must wander thru with baby steps. Just in time so that you can enjoy the fruits of your gardening...and even a few Christmas foods in limitations. THE BEST NEWS in a long time..and it will give you a little more time to save for your vacation. Merry Christmas, my dear..a gift so rightly deserved! I go for my 3 month check up tomorrow..and I have my fingers crossed too...the bone & marrow biopsy is from my lower jaw..so it too, will be healed in time for Christmas foods..LOL! BIG HUGZ, m'dear.

I wish I could be free of doctors again. I think a month is the longest I have gone, and that was probably a mistake. I start my chemo again next Tuesday so I guess I should enjoy my freedom as long as I am able to. I plan to go to the gym at least a couple of times a week and more if I am able so that maybe I can build up my strength a little. I hope that you are able to enjoy your food again by now (I recall one discussion where you said you did). I am going backward through all my emails looking for all your discussions so hopefully I will catch up soon. Have a great week!!!

I talked to Emily (the nurse practioner for the gyn/oncs) and she told me that she liked the idea of me continuing to do a light workout whenever I could during treatment. I was happy to hear that and she was saying that people who did a light workout generally did better than those who did not. I am hoping that I don't start feeling bad over the next few months because I signed up for the 90 day challenge at the gym. I intend to try to maintain my weight (most people would try to lose but as you probably know the oncologists don't like weight loss). I just want to keep my strength and muscle tone so that I don't start deteriorating physically. I just hope that things go well for you over the coming weeks.

I did have a wonderful diner some time ago and the next week I was ill again. So I had to stay away from different food for over a month. This weekend I ate well and felt well. I should do more exercise, but I´m too lazy. I was thinking of a month free, but just discovered that it´s already half of January. And the exams are the first day of February. Still, some friends are coming over for a barbecue at my home on Juanuary 26th.

I wish that were the case with me, but I have to see a doctor this month or next month and I need to buy medications that I can't afford right now. I also have to pay for health insurance that I cannot afford right now.

I am glad the doctor visits are over for you for the year. I really hope your health continues to improve & that you're able to start eating your produce. Vacations can wait until your health is back & you can fully enjoy them

I'm so glad that you are doing so much better! Never fear, your body will help you get used to other foods, you'll probably start to have cravings. I have no doubt that you will be able to fully enjoy the fruits and vegetables as they ripen. Hugs!

You were SO right about the cravings, catdla. But I ate a big steak last weekend and it was awesome. I hate all kinds of birds. I have had chicken and turkey in all the possible ways
