eviction

I am a first time home owner and bought a triplex. Unfortunately I inherited a tenant with the home that does not want to go. The previous landlord gave her a 60 notice and she ignored it. Now I've bought the problem with the house. How do I proceed?

call local authorities to help you in this, because she seems to be a very hard headed one.

Unfortunately some people know the system and play it. You need to go to the court house and obtain an eviction notice and have her served by the sherrif. They will explain the whole procedure to you. You should also ask that she owe you for back rent as well as all your court costs involved with evicting her.

Your going to have to serve her an eviction notice , wait the required amount of time then have the police escourt her out.
