Revenue share always pays horribly low. You'll need several hundred (or thousand) articles to earn well - or write on VERY popular subjects.

You are right, revenue share pays very very less. Spending so much time writing unique articles for nothing is very discouraging. I will write a few more articles, lets see whether the earning increases or no.

The positive side is that they CONTINUE earning every single month. I have one particular article on HubPages that's had over 28,000 views in the last two years: that's a lot of ongoing earning. Though it's still significantly less than I get for writing on demand, it'll eventually outstretch the one-off earnings and be a very valuable commodity in my "residual income" work.

That's great, but does this means that i will be getting paid for the articles i have written, even when i am not active with writing and publishing articles. Whenever someone views my article, the earning generated will go into my account and please tell me if i have to be regular in submitting articles for my account to be active?

I have recently set a goal of writing 1000 articles this year. My hope in the end is to make a $1 a day from my Triond articles on autopilot. I have been paid by Triond and it seems like there are quite a few writers who make a decent amount of money there. I wouldn't get your hopes up that you will be able to make a full time income there, though.

I enjoy reading all your comments. We are longing for earning huge amount online but sad to say were losing our hope on many sites to write articles because of their low pay-out its not worth paying for, we choose title, to us is a hint to our article, reviewing the error and grammar after all we've done,no one views our article I know it is really frustrating.

Article sites are very hard to write for unless you put a lot of time and effort into it. I've been writing for a year at Triond and I always manage to reach minimum payout every month, but I haven't written too much. I wrote 225 articles and I'm working my way toward 500 and then 1,000. Then I'm going to concentrate on other writing sites.

Yes this is good to publish and you should write not just a little. The more articles the more opportunity you have to earn. Good luck.

I am new to online writing. Triond is one of the sites that I am registered with. I like Triond because it is open to the international community and it is so easy to write and publish for. But Triond pays very low. I have not yet reached 50 cents cashout. I have maybe 10 articles on Triond and I may have earned 29 cents thus far. The reviews about Triond are mixed. Some people are very happy with the site and others very unhappy. In order to earn decently, you will probably need over 100 articles. I plan to stay with Triond but also write for other sites.

I like that Triond is an international site which is easy to write for and get published on. Some members are real happy with their earnings but most are not. You have to have a lot of articles on Triond to earn ok.

I have also recently started writing for triond and I would say earnings are typically quite slow but I figure if i post something people will have intests in i will be able to get more views and end up making more money with persistance. If you would like to add me on triond my user name is the same and I will help you out by viewing your work if you are willing to do the same for me.

I have been using this website for a long time, and have received payments every month since I started. The earnings might seem low to you at the beginning, however if you build up a fan base on the website you will find that your views and earnings will both go up. Now that people are given the option of whether to share their articles through Facebook, there is much more earning potential than there might have been in the past, because of the simple reason that there are so many more people sharing things now than there ever were before.

Thanks for the response GemmaR, i have yet not shared my articles through Facebook or other social network and yes the earnings are very low. I think i need to publicize my articles more to get more as right now i just submit my articles and leave them to be seen by chance only. Hope it gets good.

I tried Triond but also found the earnings very low. I work freelance and make a lot more than I ever did there. I have never made a payout on triond or helium either one! I kinda gave up on those types of sites. Now I write content for other people to put on their sites and it seems to be working for me, although I really would like to have a couple more clients...

Hi indi15, Yes, Triond is indeed a legitimate site for you to submit your articles and earn some money. It is not a scam site. They do pay you via Paypal once your minimum sum exceeds 50 cents. How much you earn will depend on the quality of your articles and how you promote them as earnings are based on number of unique views. However, I must tell you that the amount earned is meager and don't be disappointed if you can't even get a single view for your article. If you are very hardworking and you know how SEO works and your articles are of a high standard, you should be able to generate some decent income from your effort. Hope that helps. Happy writing!

Thank you so much for boosting me, i started writing articles for trinod this month only, but due to bad response i stopped. i do not have much friends or known ones to promote my articles. But now i will try to write articles which are much unique and of high standard.

Yes jotomy, even i have heard it is a legit site. I guess we need to write a lot and wait a lot apart from making referrals,to get some earnings. Now i am more active in mylot and less in trinod.
