Why Do Moms Choose NOT To Breastfeed??

Some women cannot B--Feed or they do not produce enough milk. My second daughter-in-law was like that. She had to use a formula to supplement her milk. I also have a friend who had to use a formula. By the way, both ladies gave birth through caesarion and were heavy, so that could be a problem. Also I have another friend whose child had to have soy milk because of allergies. I do knw that years ago, people did not because maybe being embarrasssed, and it was inconvenient because well if you were poor and could not buy formula you had to give the baby up for adoption, but things are different now. Escept in the case of adoptive mothers who hold their babies to simulat the love a nursing mother has, and for the other reasons I gave, br*st feeding is best. What upsets me is when I read or see on TV those unwed mothers who talk about getting forumlas for their babies, I wonder they do not have an excuse to not br*st feed their babies.

There are some women who are hung up on being a "beauty queen", and nursing a baby does not contribute to that image. sometimes it is the husband who objects to his wife nursing their child. It does not fit with the trophy wife image.

Maybe she has her own explanations.No matter what her decision,we should respect it,shouldn't we?

mothers milk is very essential and full of nutrients for baby's development. But i guess some mother's are lazy or too busy with their other activities and thus do not provide the baby what he should get.
