Swimming an excellent sport

Swimming an excellent sport in present set up. Kids are always on to make the best use of computer or games on tv. Its total waste of time. I advice my kids to take to swimming and they follow as strict schedule for this. I belive that swimming is one of the best games ever. Its all round activity with swift body and make it muscular.

It sounds great, swimming is good sport that makes all part of our body to move, it can make the bone grow better and give better efect for our. I will be so happy to be your kids since I can't swim. Although I practice so many times but I still can't do it.

you are right swimming is the one good sport which is body build one and keeps the muscles toned up. Rather it is the kids who grow up with the water sport and are able to go for the compititions too.

Outdoor activities such as swimming is better than wasting time in front of computer. I believe your are doing the best thing for your kids. It is not good to allow the kids to limit their world in front of the computer. Indeed they are wasting their time if they do just this all day. Swimming is not just fun but also healthy so I believe children should find time to learn this activity.

I appreciate the kind of sense kids have. They want to be in front of computer, but i desist them to do so. Its best to have games in time, rather waste it.

I do agree with you about the health benefits of swimming. But one should be careful when swimming in outdoors because of the prolonged exposure to the sun. You should observe the time when to swim outdoors so as not to damage your skin. Swimming helped me a lot with my asthma. Have a nice day!

I am not so sure but in some countries they provide all children to have basic lessons in swimming and they ' do learn all the things very soon.

I agree with you. Swimming is a very good sports. I heard that it can cure many healthy problems if you can keep on swimming as the exercises. I let my son went to the swimming class and he learned how to swim last year. That's good. It was obvious to see he grew taller during the swimming time. I love China

yes it is true, swimming can cure from some illnesses. But for small kids one needs to have an instructor to teach the swimming.

Indeed, swimming is one of the best sport available which is fun and at the same time muscular building. The thing is, not everybody know how to swim though. I can swim as my father had always brought me and my siblings to the swimming pool or sports club. I'm not a really good swimmer but at least I can swim. Most of my coursemates and friends had no idea how to swim. Maybe we really need to promote swimming to everyone instead of shopping malls, cinema and other entertainment yeah?

this is so good to be swimming and making muscle too. I am hope ful of taking my kids to the swimming pool and make them learn all the methods of swimming. Instructor is must there.

i love swimming and it is the sport which gives our muscle a right activity to develop and as we take long breath during swimming thus strengths our breathing habits

I agree, Swimming is a really good exercise, Every time that my family is having an outing on a beach or swimming pool. I spend lot of my time in swimming and after that outing i feel that i lose weight. I also see the beautiful body shapes of swimmers on television. They get a beautiful abs and good muscles position. If i have extra time i also like to get a swimming tutorial.

I agree with you. Swimming is the best exercise for me. I have scoliosis and it helps relieve my back from pain. The strokes in swimming increases my back muscle strength and prevents the curve fro getting worse. It also makes my lungs and immune system stronger. I used to compete in college and I miss the thrill of swim competitions. My son love swimming too. It is his favorite sport and he's really good at it. I hope we can swim everyday but there is no covered pool near our house. Too much sun exposure is not healthy for the skin. My son is fair-skinned so he burns easily even if he has sunblock spf 75 on. Summer is almost here in our country and swimming will be popular again.
