Can we start exercising after a recent injury.

                    What kind of ankle injury did you have.???If it is kind if sprain,you can continue your exercise.If it kind of ligament tear,it will take a little time to heal but you can carry on your exercise.But if you had some kind of fracture,it will take a long time to heal.It may vary from 6 months to even a year.Before doing your exercise,consult a doctor regarding this.Also get to a rehabilitation center and do some physiotherapy.Just be cautious before doing anything.You do not want to complicate your injury if it had not healed properly.

                    I broke my knee cap awhile back and had to sit out about 10 weeks. I'm on the mend but I have to come back slowly to avoid other inuries. You probably can - but you gotta be careful and start very very slow even though you feel like you can do more.
