Make 100 Accounts!

I was just doing random browsing when I found this site: http://www.loverbux.com/
Well, it is just a PTC, a buxhost site.. Totally looks like an usual PTC site..
.. until I red one of Admin's announcement

This is the FIRST time I red that kind of announcement in a PTC site.. xD
Usually a PTC will ban multiple accounts - But this PTC suggests members to make 100 accounts!
I really don't have any idea about what's on that admin's mind.. What's your opinion about this? Share your thought! :D

It's yet another Buxhost site which will doubtless go down the pan in a few months like all the rest.
The Terms and FAQs CLEARLY state that only one account is allowed (as usual for these sites). I cannot see ANYWHERE that Admin has posted any such statement as you describe.

I'm not sure how making 100 accounts would work. I think it will be hard to manage 100 accounts. You need to manage them all or find someone else to take care of the accounts to earn money with those sites.

I think, it is not possible because the surely you must have 100 different ip from each of those accounts.
