Any another way?

i want to reduce my weight . my doctors advised me to do exercise regularly. But my question is can we reduce weight without exercise?

I am a former weight loss counselor so I am skilled in this area. I had fought my weight on and off for years. I also exercised for years. For me, I finally got to my desired weight by focusing on my healthy eating habits (dieting) and doing very light exercise. My body is built such that any type of muscle building activity would cause my weight to shoot up. I have large muscles and I'm a woman. I wanted to be petite. For the average person, little to moderate exercise and a healthy diet work best. Not to mention, you will look your best. Especially, after one turns forty. I usually tell someone to work on changing your eating habits first and then tone their body. Not to mention, for some folks, actually watching the weight drop is motivating. Muscles weighs more than fat, so sometimes working out will not help you out on a scale!

Well I had weight problem to and a medical condition which would avoid me to loose weight. I also had a problem that I could not exercise or go out regularly to the gym or for a walk but there are certain home remedies that I followed and I promise you that it works for everybody, as long as you follow it with full determination. 1) When you wake up early in the morning after brushing your teeth take a warm glass of water pour in one small lemon, with less than half tea spoon of honey and drink it. Follow this every day, this does not have any side effects even after you loose weight as it helps to cleanse your body. 2) Atleast have herbal green tea 3 times a day, preferably one each after your meals. The green tea should be herbal and not artificial flavored one. 3) The most important of all that helps to reduce weight is to have 2 glasses of Freshly squeezed grape fruit juice. If you choose to eat it that is good, but I prefer drinking it. I did these 3 things without exercise and even with a medical condition I was able to jot down my weight drastically. Its become a ritual for me now to do all these things, and it keeps me fresh, healthy, fit and also makes my skin glow. I recommend this to everybody. Best of luck. Happy New Year KRTWORLDWIDE, Generally, exercise is the most definite way on how to reduce weight. As this move really push your body to loose the excess fats. However, if you really feel you are prone to do the exercise, you can still do some ways on how to reduce your pounds. And this is in the way of dancing. As some people do the dancing so they can reduce weights. That although they are not good in this criteria, they still dance just to loose the pounds of their body. Perhaps you can try it out for yourself and see the difference of your body weight before and after you have tried it.

Exercise is the surest way of reducing weight. Other than that our weight will see a great reduction only when we suffer some kind of life threatening disease. It is better to lose weight through constant exercise than having to lose our weight through sickness.
