in this week, MU will play againts City in FA cup.. both of the team is not stable after their internal problems in their team.. MU until now is not stable because too many players get injured and they did not find the number one goalkeeper..it`s problem for me..even many people believe thet main problem for mU is in the midfielder.. what about City??actually city were not stable because some of their african players must go back to their country and play in African cup, like Yaya Toure and Kolo Toure..and it`s problem especially when Yaya Toure can`t play..and Mancini must believe again nigel de jong which never get the chance as starting eleven.. for MU and the fans, this is the right time for take revenge, but it`s not easy..their situation is not good..Wayne rooney lost some of his finishing touch..hello, where is wellbeck?? after get injured, he can`t play good anymore...and look at the last man in MU?? never make satisfied the fans... but City too can underestimate MU..Mu is still MU which can beat you if you underestimate them.. i just believe maybe some of the player can make difference the game..Maybe in MU,the player like Berbatov (if get chance again from Sir Alex for playing) and Luiz Nani..in city, i predict, MU must watch David Silva and Balotelli.. what about your prediction guys??

I think that Balotelli is injured for City so i think that their main threat will come from Aguerro. Yaya Toure will be a big miss for them and i think that Man U may gain some revenge for their 6 - 1 hammering earlier in the season and scrape a win.

Yes, with the African Cup of Nations being played, Yaya Toure and Kolo Toure are off. But I still feel the bench strength of Man City is pretty good. At this moment the backline of Man U is pretty suspect and given the attacking flavor of Man City, I expect it to be a real stern test for the defense. But United are already seething from the 6-1 drubbing they received last time around and would be really raring to go. I think this is going to be a tightly contested match, but I feel Man City will edge this one. Cheers! Ram

Man United are currently leading 10 man Man City 3-2 in the 83rd minute. United was leading 3-0 at the end of first half through two goals from Rooney and another from Welbeck after Kompany was sent off very early in the game. But after the half time City have fought back through goals from Kolarov and Aguero. The final few minutes are being played on as 10 man City are really fighting very very hard against a full strength United. Cheers! Ram

Both teams are going into this game with players missing out through either injuries or the African Nations Cup. For Man City, the lost of Yaya Toure will be greatly felt. He provides the midfield aggression and power. Coupled with Barry's suspension, Man City is left with Nigel De Jong and Milner. Up front, Balotelli is out while Dzeko is an injury doubt. As for Man Utd, Vidic's absence, is a big blow for them. Fletcher, who is a capable big match player is also out. As for the winner, I am going for Man City to maintain their impressive Ethihad Stadium record.

The result is out, Man U won convincingly against Man C. It's a bad time for Man C to meet Man U after the latter lost their last 2 matches. Based on history, Man U has never lost 3 back to back matches and since they have done a double, Man C shall be the victim of their win. I'm glad Man U won and won with with great display, especially in the first half. If Man U were to play with the same determination and passion, they could have thrashed Man C easily.

After the 1-6 defeat at home to Man City, it is in the cards that another loss will happen again. After all, Man United has already got used to losing matches. They have lost the previous 2, no harm to get the number 3 this Sunday. Will it be true? Of course those are nonsense. How can we lose again after the 2? Furthermore, it is the noisy neighbor that we are talking about. They are on a high with the 3-0 win over Liverpool - what a nice time to bring them down! My prediction is Man Utd to win 2-1. Even with Yaya Toure playing, it is the time The Champion to show its credential to the wannabe, to show what it takes to be the King of England. PS. even if the result is different from my prediction, it only shows my lack of skill in prediction. The facts about my team is still valid and true. :)

The main reason for the win would be no reason needed as Man Utd is meant to win every matches that they play. As for the possible ways to win, there are just too many to say: You see, Rooney can score with either feet and his headed goals are not uncommon. Berbatov always scored spectacular goals but sometimes, although simple tag-ins are difficult for him to execute, he did score some. Nani's free kicks can be high enough to reach the floodlight or the back of the goal. Giggs can dribble as well as his dating of women. Michael Owen's last minute killer is always anticipated. The little Mexican will always score goals when you don't pull him down. Park Ji Sung is always up for the big occasion. Best tactic that Sir Alex can use is to get the ball up to Rooney and co to pin them down in their defense. Make sure the Man Utd forwards' shoot on goal is always on target. There is only so many Hart can take and save. After 3-0 up, replace Berbatov with Anderson to kick the ball out when Man City is attacking. Always have 2 fullbacks near the post if De Gea is playing during a corner. Lastly but most importantly, play Michael Carrick. He may just be the match winner in this match as he has just re-discovered that he does can score.
