Thanks to a little work around (I am from Holland and wouldn't be able to watch it normally) I was able to watch the documentary Fat Sick and Nearly Dead on Hulu. The method used to lose weight shown was so easy it quite shocked me. The method is pretty simple: For a while, say 10 days. The only thing you eat... nope drink(!) is fruit and vegetable juice. Not the chemical stuff you buy at your local supermarket. But fruits and those lovely veggies crushed with a juicer. This way all the toxins in your body go away and your body is enabled to heal itself. After that period you can either continue for a while or start eating healthy with the occasional treat. My mother has a juicer so I asked if I could lend it for a while and she said yes. I reckon It's going to be a hard time for my wallet since fruits and veggies are much more expensive than the stuff I was used to eat but I am going to do it anyway! Who is going to join me in my battle? http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1227378/

hi diamania it would not do me anygood as I am a diabetic and most fruit juices contain a lot of sugar so I eat the reak fruit insteadk and the real veggies. I am just using the cut back on whats on your plate method which so far is helping me as I have the flu and food all tastes ycky anyway.I hope this works really well for you though and good luck on your diet. wow.

Ugh No!!!! Do NOT do that. Those diets can be quite dangerous. They shock your system and can mess up your digestion. Such diets should be gradual and not so harsh. As for me, I am thin, healthy and very much alive, so I am very happy and grateful for that :D

Good luck with that! I fast 2 days a week, eating only about 400 calories on those days, and try to eat sensibly on the other days. It has worked for me
