I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism three years ago and I must say it's not an easy road for me. My doctor is monitoring my condition until now to check my TSH, T3 levels. I am also taking my thyroid medicine regularly. The symptoms of thyroidism are fatigue, difficulty breathing, weight loss and lost of appetite. I still feel these symptoms whenever my thyroid is triggered by some specific food that triggers it like rootcrops most especially cassava. stress can also trigger hyperthyroidism.

I too suffer from hyperthyroidism. In this type of thyroid problem the metabolism rate is high and you secrete more iodine. Medicines are given to control fatigue and the patient tend to put weight. This problem also leads to iron deficiency so take food rich in iron. I preferred the homeopathic treatment and my iodine level was normalized very soon. I do not take any medicines nowadays but monitor my thyroid level once in six months. Happy mylotting.
