US bill 3596

Hi all. I read from the news that US is passing a house bill that will affect the call centers here in the Philippines. Do you think this will result in unemployment of thousands of call center agents? I hope not. As for me, it is a good thing that we are supporting Australian clients and not Americans because we are not directly impacted by that bill. Any thoughts about it?
