I am confuse how to register joomla?

I tried to find it but it says to download and when i download after, i can't install or run it.. Confusing can you tell me..?

Have you ever tried Wordpress? (the .org one, not .com one) It would work similar with that. You need a webserver to run those. If you already have a website, you can install it right away. But if you don't have one, you still can use it locally by using the help of XAMPP. XAMPP - kind of local virtual webserver in your own PC. Try to Googling about XAMPP to know it more.

which one is hard for installed??joomla or wordpress??

Personally, I prefer Wordpress . And personally (again), I think Wordpress is easier to install and to use..

Joomla doesn't need to be registered. What it DOES need is a working web server with (I believe) php and a bunch of other stuff accessible. The requirements are in the docs. If you're trying to install it like a standard Windows/Mac program, you won't be able to: you need a web server (local or somewhere else).
