I read this in Washington Post: http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/election-2012/post/stephen-colbert-hands-super-pac-to-jon-stewart-will-run-for-president-of-south-carolina/2012/01/13/gIQAWXK5vP_blog.html?wpisrc=nl_pmpolitics Colbert has announced this in his show. He also has a super PAC, called: “The Definitely Not Coordinating with Stephen Colbert Super PAC.” Do you think that this is just funny or it shows the absurdness of the whole presidential campaign?

Two words. Publicity stunt. He has done this before. Yawn. It might have been funny before, now it is just kind of sad and pathetic old tired joke for him. PS. South Carolina doesn't have a write-in option on their ballots.

If the professional comedian is boring for you do you think that the politicians are more funny?

Check out 2008. He pulled this same exact stunt. Just saying he either needs to get his name on the ballot or try a different stunt.
