Adele

She is one of a generation of talented British singers who have achieved worldwide success with a profoundly Soulful style and voice. They include Amy Winehouse; Joss Stone; Duffy; and Adele herself. I'm only highly familiar with Amy's work; but I love Adele's "Chasing Pavements", as you say there's a great voice on display, and she has that special gift of vocal pathos; which is to say the ability to inject a song with deep feeling; and even heartbreak as on the desperately poignant "Pavements". Amy of course had that gift in spades; but then if "Pavements" is anything to go by so does Adele. I must get round to hearing the rest of "21"; I've heard such great reports of her on My Lot.

I am not sure if I ever have heard Adele's music. I will have to check her out. Have a nice day.

I love her as well, I think she is incredibly talented and she has such an amazing voice as well! One of the best singers in a long, long time for sure!

She really has an amazing voice. My brother used to play all her songs everyday when he was staying here with us. My mom eventually requested him to play Adele's songs everyday She said she really loves her songs.

She really is great. She is an awesome song writer with a beautiful voice. I like that she lets her voice speak for itself in this age of music where everyone else is focusing more on their image, what their wearing and how they dance.

I liked adele because of her song "rolling in the deep" which is the original movie soundtrack for "i am number 4", which is also a great movie. My brother and i love it. I'll try to listen to all her song. Especially the one you mentioned. "21"
