Does anyone know the initial deposit written on those bank books? I religiously watch Eat Bulaga on GMA and every time they show that I am always intrigue because of the shocked look of the participants whenever they open it. If anyone has an idea please post it. I am sure that most people are also curious on this topic.

i was curious too, and i thought each pass book has different amount, 'til one of my neighbor's relative who works with GMA, said that the 3 bank books has the same initial deposit of P30,000... it's almost equal to the amount they were giving previously aside from those of the sponsors (coke, puregold etc...) maybe they just give it a twist so the winners will have the initiative to save more and spend less... well, good strategy from TEAM BULAGA!...

I was really curious because from looking at the facial expressions of those who received the pass book, it was one of awe and amazement. This is a big help for all those who are in need of financial help and Bossing is doing a real good service for the people. Thumbs up for Eat Bulaga!

Wow thank you for giving me an idea cashmate on the rough value. I am really impressed on how much the show gives to that many people in one segment.

I'm seldom at home during lunch time but I watch Eat Bulaga whenever I had the chance to do so. The first time I watched that segment also made me think about the amount in the passbook. More so, I want to know what will those people do to raise the amount in the passbook :) Based on the receiver's facial reactions, I'm thinking around the range of PhP50,000 to PhP150,000 :) This idea is way better since they have to think of some ways to increase the amount. In one way or another, they can start a small business or something :)

Update! Good thing I was able to backtrack to this discussion. I was able to watch an Eat Bulaga episode wherein this "Sugod Bahay Gang" contestant accidentally blurted out the content of the passbook even after Wally/Jose (or is it Ruby? I really can't remember if this episode was the one when Jose and Wally are supposed to do a mini concert) reminded her not to say it. She was given passbook #2 and she excitedly blurted out "Oh! 10 thousand pesos!" the hosts were like "We told you not to tell the amount!!!!"

That's what I thought. Around 10K-30K. They said they're going to give additional surprise prize at end of the year if the winners are able to make their money grow.

I am also curious because I also do not have an idea as to how much the initial deposit is on the bankbook that Bossing is giving away on Eat Bulaga. I guess it could be a sizable amount based on the contestant's facial expression. Regardless of the amount, I think it was a brilliant idea to put the money in the bank instead of just handing it to the contestants. I just hope that the winners will try and save up instead of cleaning up the balance soon after.

By the way the recipient gasps and widens her eyes, i can say that it's a big amount, enough to have a small store constructed and buy the products to be sold. In my opinion, i think the amount is PhP300,000.00 , 200,000.00 and 100,000.00, with passbook no. 1 as 300,000.00 . I really like watching that portion, because it touches me no end. Bossing and Eat Bulaga is indeed so generous and brilliant in giving those poor people , a chance to start their own businesses. And the way their incentive are given, that if they are able to increase the savings after a year, it could be doubled by Bossing. Who wouldn't want that?

You have your point there, jure. Indeed, it would be a big expense on the part of the sponsors to be parting so big amounts, in just one person. And yes, even if it's not that big, it's already big to those who don't have that amount.

I don't believe its that big. Im sure with the economic status of the people they give the prizes to, even a mere 10,000 would really make their eyes widen. That along with the other monetary prizes sum up to a very big amount. Vic used to mention that there will be a surprise before the year ends, if they are able to make the money grow. So, if they already gave hundreds of thousand pesos to all the winners, then that would mean they'll throw away millions or billions at end of the year. Well, I doubt if 80% of those people will be able to grow the money.

No! That's too much. One contestant unintentionally mentioned that the amount of the bossing savings she received was 10K.

I am also curious on how much the bank books contain. Specially when some of the winners even cry out of happiness. If I were to guess, I think 100,000 pesos. Anyway, no matter how big the amount it would be, this new segment of EB is really a nice idea. Its a big help to the winner and will also teach them the value of saving.

I'm curious too. But whether the amount is P30,000 or less I know people will still be amazed if they saw it. It's already a big help. Thanks to the sponsors for sharing their blessings. And to Bossing, for having an idea like this..

Hi there, I also watch Eat Bulaga every Saturday, I will make a wild guess, it's between P50,000-P100,000, I think that's the money that will make anyone smile if they receive it.

I'm also curious on how much is the initial deposit that he had given to those people. My estimate amount is Php30,000-100,000. How I wish that those people would increase the savings that bossing gave. It will help them in the near future.
