why i must cry?

why i must cry for one position?? i am not weak even many people make me down.. iam not strong even many people make me up.. when nobody believe me, i must trust my self.. i had built my self confidence for trusting my self, when many people that i respect did not respect me anymore.. what is your solution when you are down??
