You don't say what country you are from so I'd advise reading the FAQs here first: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#6 as well as this: http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq6.aspx#11 (further down the same page). You should also note how MyLot pay! It's automatic once you have: a) entered a valid PayPal ID (note that you DON'T need a verified PayPal account but it's good to do that if you want to withdraw any money you have earned!) b) reached a minimum of $10 by the last day of any month. You may also be wondering WHETHER you will be paid! Well, I and hundreds of other people wouldn't have been here for nearly six years if they didn't pay ... MyLot is always ON time EVERY time!

The method to add your Paypal account information already stated above. Just try it. :) Anyway, I believe you need to complete your information detail, especially about your country, before you are being able to enter your Paypal account information. I see you haven't update your country information yet..
