Chelsea's stop-start season continues as they could only manage a 0-0 draw against Norwich. They are still in the fourth place, though Arsenal now have a chance to close their gap to Chelsea if they win tomorrow against Man United. For Chelsea, injury to Lampard could spell more troubles for them as they are increasingly finding it difficult to find the back of the net!! Cheers! Ram

hello ram "the football experts" or i say "sports experts". its been long time i am not here for comment and now i am here, i misses alot. back to the discussion this time chelsea a bit slow than the other time, this is dues to the injur of their main players, i thing if the main players the injured then the other players have sharp chance to come forwards and show their calibre for football....cheers

I am waiting for the Mayan Calendar to become true. :) But apart from that I think Manchester clubs, Man City and Man United are the ones that will be at the top at the end of this season. Cheers! Ram

Of course, the one good news for them is that Essien has come back from his injury. Cheers! Ram

Just when I thought I could go shopping.... I believe a station is airing the Arsenal match! But I may be shopping. Question. Can Man U beat Arsenal?

Oh My G-d! So many injured. How did this happen? Can they import any more players?

Man U can definitely win against Arsenal. But personally I would like to see Arsenal win the match. But with around 10 players injured including the entire first choice defenders, I think it will be a struggle for Arsenal. Cheers! Ram

It has happened over the whole campaign and that is one of the main reasons why Arsenal is tottering this season. If Arsene Wenger wants he can bolster his team in this month by buying players. But so far his only loan signing is Thierry Henry who will be available for the next two months. Cheers! Ram

i think chelsea get bad night.. why they can`t use this game for getting 3 points??this is disadvantages for chelsea.. with lampard get injured, i am sure, the highest result for chelsea this season is only place in the third place..thats the maximal result for chelsea this season based on my calculation

Yes, it was a bad night for Chelsea. Actually Norwich had as many chances of taking 3 points as Chelsea did. Again the defense of Chelsea was really exposed. What was even worrying was the injury to Lampard. Cheers! Ram

maybe AVB must evaluate again Torres...his performance is realy awful...

Chelsea did drop points but Norwich are doing well this season. They were the favourite to get relegated at the start of the season after gaining promotion but they are holding their own and are in the top half of the table.

Norwich are doing brilliant. They are currently the best amongst the promoted side. They are very difficult to beat at home and are also picking points on their away games against lower placed teams. Cheers! Ram

Well, it was really horrible night for Chelsea. They seems lack of creativity in fronts. I notice Torres has also missed some chances but still AVB backed him up and says nothing wrong with his performance but I can see clearly he lost his best touch to score goals now. Even though goaless draw but Cahill still not played and reserved for taking some rest according to AVB. In the fourth placed race perspective, they must only careful and really pray hard for Arsenal lost tonight against United since Liverpool and Newcastle have beaten by Bolton and Fulham respectively. So in paper, only Arsenal has chance to overtake the blues position..

I think Torres should have scored yesterday. He missed a sitter and his other two attempts were very close. But that is the problem with Chelsea this year, they are not sure if they want to play the Drogba style of physical game or the Torres style of flowing game. Cahill did not get a start yesterday, but I think he will shortly get to start. Cheers! Ram

For me as Man Utd fans, it's definitely a great news! Hahaha... I think Chelsea had a major problem considering their senior players. Once, I've read in the news about Lampard or Malouda or may be other senior player complaining about the playing time they had less this season. Whether those news is right or just a blow-up by media, I don't know. But if it's true, then it would be a problem for AVB. Take example of Del Piero. Even though he still can show a good performance, he never complaints when Conte didn't give him much playing time this season. That's just my opinion. :)

At least for Lampard there seems to be real interest from MLS. Also AVB seems to be indicating that Lampard does not have a long term future at Chelsea. So I would not be surprised if he moves on over the summer. I doubt that it is probably late for the transfer to happen in the current transfer window. Cheers! Ram

What a season so far for Chelsea! Andre Villas-Boas has not been sleeping too well. With aging stars, a team rebuilding should have started in the last summer but with even the manager himself is new, he couldn't rebuild a team that he didn't have. And neither could he make a completely new team with so many "used-to-be-important" players expensively lying everywhere in the warehouse. I think AVB will eventually do well to finish in top 4 this season. It will be an interesting coming summer for Chelsea. I have a feeling that it will be a very new Chelsea next season.

I think some of the stars will now be shown the door. The latest doing rounds is around Lampard. The news trickling in is that Lampard is looking at a contract offer to join the MLS. Cheers! Ram

I watched the full game and Cheslea were really bad today!! And to add to it they lost Lampard who has scored a lot of important goals for them..Hard not to talk about that Torres miss and he really should have scored and secure the 3 points. I hope to see more of Lukaku though in the future as he looked good in his 10 min cameo. It will be really difficult to Chelsae to finish fourth if they continue to drop points in games which they ought to win..Waiting for a super sunday tomorrow.. Two freat games. Cheers

Yes, Torres seems to be coming back to form, but unfortunately he simply seems unable to hit the back of the net. It is evident he is working hard, but things are simply not going his way. On Lampard, news just reaching in is that he is considering an offer to join MLS. Cheers! Ram
