What do you mean by form? A network topology? If so, it's merely a very messy combination of hybrid and mesh network topology.

What do you mean by 'the full form of the Internet'? The Internet "is a global system of interconnected computer networks that use the standard Internet protocol suite (TCP/IP) to serve billions of users worldwide. It is a network of networks that consists of millions of private, public, academic, business, and government networks, of local to global scope, that are linked by a broad array of electronic, wireless and optical networking technologies. The Internet carries an extensive range of information resources and services, such as the inter-linked hypertext documents of the World Wide Web (WWW) and the infrastructure to support email." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet As a network, it is a multiple choice system, so that the path from your computer to mine may pass through many servers and may change from one message to another, in fact, a 'packet' of information may be sent multiple times and may follow a different path each time. The World Wide Web ... the network of web pages which connect to each other through Hypertext links and through search engines ... is just a PART (and one function) of the Internet which uses a particular protocol (or set of rules) to communicate and to present their information to you as web pages.
