That's because you are not from India. I Read from the discussion that it is only available in India. and it is mandatory for Indians.

Hi there 5mahi05, Regarding your concern, well, you can write a short letter to PayPal thru their "Contact Us Page". In this way, you can check and communicate with them better. Aside from that, you can also make sure that you are doing the right process. After all, you should act quickly since your money/fund is at stake here.

hi dupremo, i am aware that every country has its own rule, same as with PayPal. hence, rules being implemented to one country cannot be really the same with the other. thus, it will be better to do a short letter or communicate with them thru their Contact Us Page, hence, in this way, they can do a little remedy to help or ease the situation.

Your profile doesn't say what country you are in. If you are from India, you are obliged to auto withdraw because of the rules which your country has imposed on PayPal.

I have not seen that option in the Paypal account. I wonder why it is only applicable to your account.
