Cannot Respond????

For the past 3 days I am unable to respond to my friends' discussions from my email notifications. The emails do not address me as "Whiteheather39" but by my real name which has the pound signs (####) before and after my name. I am able to click on any links within the text but cannot click on the "respond to this discussion or view this discussion".
When I open myLot from Google or some such search engines I do not arrive at my usual myLot page.
Is anyone else having problems? It is so annoying to have to use the long way through searching so I am missing many discussions.

I have been having trouble also. Certain discussions that come to my inbox have double #'s at beginning and end. My cursor doesn't work on these. This is very annoying as I am so used to using my inbox and not having to go to the site for my disscussions and such. Oh well!!??

That is exactly the same as what has been happening to me. Did the email call you by your real name or your ID? Perhaps GoAskAlice can help. It is really annoying.

I see from one of the replies that we are not alone in our frustration. It's very irritating. I hope they get it all straightened out soon!

I was going to respond and tell you that I was having the same problem, but then I got distracted and by the time I got back to my computer the problem was fixed, thankfully! I thought it was just my e-mail account before I read your discussion. Whatever the problem, it's gone now.

Hi friend,
Am afraid i cannot help you friend. Am i usually log in Mylot directly and find discussions that interests me.
And i think,the same problem is discussed in one discussion,you can see it 2-3 topics below this discussion in this Interest category.

may there was some technical fault but it is OK today and i am able to respond/comment to the people through email notification 
may be they have amended it.

I have had some problems today but What I cannot do is to go to a post directly from the notification at my hotmail. I had to log at mylot from my favorites and then start to see what posts my friends had started.
