It's like an untreatable infection of my gut. It's hard to breathe, I can't lose weight and I can't eat fruit, sugar, flour, grains, wheat etc., and nothing to drink except distilled water. Do you know something that will help me?

I found a link on wiki after searching. You might try a probiotic yogurt a couple times each day. Also, have you been tested for diabetes? I have lost 10" around my waste counting carbohydrates alone when deciding what to eat. I also have an apple a day. Helps me maintain regularity. Check out foods on the Glycemic Index to find out which ones are low sugar or slow sugar absorbing foods. Sugar promotes the growth of fungus. Good luck with this. I can't paste links yet...

Also, you might tend toward Ciliac disease too. In which case you can get yourself on oat flour quick breads. That not only is low in sugar making properties (unlike standard wheat flour) it is also cholesterol fighting too. Double benefit.

Thanks Mike. You know, I tried the apple a day since you posted this, even though Doc says not to eat fruit. It gave me cramps, really bad cramps, but for the first time I've had pleasant outcomes if you know what I mean.

Good. There is little wrong with whole foods. I'm glad you are feeling better for it.

Dear friend, If this have gone so deep I feel it would be better to give better check under an expert ENT specialist or any good doctor, before it is too late. If one is afraid of pain I feel the treatment in Homepathy is less painful. Moreover the Ayurvedic treatments would be also avoiding painful injections. Still a bit of pain now may give better returns latter rather undergoing those pains for long. Wish u all the best to soon recover....
