I think these are some excellent remedies. I will have to assure that I try them. I, myself suffer from hair loss. I found that it decreased quite a bit while I was taking prenatal vitamins when I was pregnant. I am going to start taking the OTC prenatal vitamins to see if this helps now. These other tips seem to be something that could help as well.

hello friend, hair loss is mostly due to the chemicals that we use in our day to day life and the unhealthy food! Hair treatment should be done naturally. hair is the best thing about the girls. Always keep your hair clean and oil your hair now and den to retain the oil contents of the hair. Follow this link. I am sure you will make great use of this : http://beyondjane.com/beauty/hair/beautiful-long-hair/ Good luck for those healthy beautiful long and thick hair:) Cheers!

Besides using the right shampoo, I think the pressure is also a main factor to lose hair. So try to relax yourself and go to sleep early. Have a good healthy life style. Today I bought Tangle Teezer online. It is a kind of amazing comb. It seems that it works so well for your hair and it is easy to comb your hair, too. So there will be less hair losing. I look forward to receiving it soon. I love China

Its has many reason why we have hair problem, and we should try the natural and cheap way to keep out of stress, regarding money involve, we should be aware of there comment and tips on hair care, for me its the best way to do the things you can do like the alovera which I grater it and massage it on my scalp for me it reduce hair fall and keep my hair thick, my hair problem is hereditary from my mother side but for my observation I'm lucky I can manage it well with balance used of many many things I heard from other person knowledge and experience they have all quit good to try at least you know the result if its true or not

It would be best to see a specialist, but, in the meanwhile...maybe you can try the following. My friend used it with great success after an illness and so did I after a brief illness... It is called Tissue Salts. There are 12 basic salts and it is no.1 that builds up hair and teeth. There is also a special combination one that is especially for hair growth. It works. A pharmacist recommended it. It is also very gentle and inexpensive. It is worth giving it a try, maybe? There is also a chemical called minoxidil, that really worked when another friend used it. This is applied topically and may have side effects though. It is scientifically shown to help. Best you research further but I am sure that it will recover...it did in all the cases that I know of. All the best Chum24 and I know that you will fully recover soon soon.

I suggest you have a check up and ask advice of what kind of shampoo u use and food u eat. :)If can't afford a doctor, avoid going to salon often and avoid too much hair ironing and medicines.
