Saying goodbye for a week.

Dear friends,
After almost a year of reclusion due to chemotherapy, I will finally go to my first vacations. I´ll go to the countryside, to some friend´s house, for a week. They are dear friends and they will pamper me more than my real needs.
I want to tell you all that I will miss you and that you have been very important for me all these months when my biggest relation with the rest of the world has been here. Thank you!!!
For my friends with whom I have exchanged sites to earn, please wait for me for a week. I´ll make up when I come back.

Hi Marguicha,
You must have gone through a lot but thank God Almighty that you are able to reach this far. Enjoy and really relax. I have not spoken to you before because I rarely post. I was compelled to do so this time! I am giving you a suggestion- during this period with your friend you could have a special period where you document your feelings and experiences as you "weather the storm". Later you could start your own blog with this information. It would be authentic and real. I am almost sure that you will be happy to do so and if by chance you are experiencing any pain or any such thing your concentration on sharing will help give some amount of relief.
I have read the different friendly post and these are quiet encouraging. Please enjoy your well deserved vocation!

I have been checking my posts and I discovered that I never commented on the response I had from this one. I know that it happened because I went away to a place with no internet for a week and then life goes on. I want to thank you for your kind wishes and apologise for my belated answer. Fortunatly I have taken my lymphoma as any other illness. And I guess that my body also told the invader to behave. So the treatment has turned out fine and, as you know, I´m getting now ready for a 2 week vacation (in between treatments) to St. Maarten. I hope that next year I´ll go to Costa Rica.

congrat for completing chemo...I had to go though that five
years ago and it was not an easy road...SO SO happy for you and
I am positive when you reach your friends and the pampering
begin its going to be so so lovely...

I´m now on something that is called "follow it" a treatment every 3 months. Between each treatment, if all goes well, I can do as I wish. Right now I´m about to fly away to the Caribbean for some sun. It´s Winter here and I don´t like it. I hope your health continues to be fine. In this moment things are so good that I´m worrying about lack of beauty of my hair

Sorry for not answering this post, friend. I guess I just forgot about it when I went to the country. I promise I´ll behave when I come back from St´Maarten. I´ll bring back pictures and share the sun.

You deserve to have a break after such a hard time. Chemo can be so painful. I think that its great that you are planning a trip where you will be taken care of. Everyone deserves that and it does help with the healing.

I posted this 5 months ago, after my principal chemo treatment was over. Now I`m preparing for a bigger flight. I`m going with a friend for 2 weeks to the Caribbean.

I know that it happened because I went away to a place with no internet for a week and then life goes on. As you know, I´m about to go on a long trip, this time farther away. My oncologist accepted it and I´m elated. I didn´t know whether I would be able to travel to another country anymore. But, as you see, things do get much better sometimes. I promise I´ll share this next adventure with all of you.

Hi marguicha. I am sorry I haven't talked to you much, but I come and go on Mylot 2 or 3 months at a time as my life will allow at this time. God bless you. I hope you have a wonderful relaxing time and enjoy the beauty of nature and the sounds of nature. I truly love the country. Nothing like it!

Thank you sjvg. I am sorry I did not comment on this post sooner. I completly forgot about it when I left and I saw it again now that I´m getting ready for another trip. I´m trying to have fun whenever my doctor lets me. I think that´s what life is about.

I´m packing my suitcase to go with a friend to the Caribbean. It´s Winter here and I hope the sun will help my health too.
