Yesterday i felt like i wasnt getting enough deep breaths in. Today is a little better but not at my 100 % spot yet. I went home took a bath, layed down in bed and watched some TV after work then around 6 i took some anxiety medicine which i guess helped a little, but then i talked to my mom then she explained it might be the high pollen count right now where we live. I have been stressed out with some things this week but im getting it all straightened out and trying to feel better about things that were disappointing to me this week. I just need a vacation to be stress free.

You and me both! I too need a vacation! I don't think that high pollen counts are a problem here, or at least to me, but when I get all stressed out with all the day to day problems I deal with, I get a bit anxious too. I hope you're feeling much better now.

You can slowly try some yoga techniques to improve breathing and taking a hot steam always helps..

difficulty breathing that means you can just have a cold. it still has a transition climate anywhere it's cold and raining snow that has fallen out years. you just need a warm drink tea and a little more relaxation. do not know where you are and you might be warm but definitely need a break. speedy recovery.

Something similar happened to me yesterday. I felt some pressure in my chest and had difficulties breathing. I suspected infection or cold, but it was strange as I never had this feeling before. I tried to rest a lot and drank a lot of warm tea, did some yoga, thinking that maybe I held my back in a bad position. It is gone, but honestly I freaked out. You should take more rest if you can, hope you are feeling better !

Glad to hear you are feeling better now. You should take it easy and try to manage or get rid of the stressors around you since stress and anxiety can really affect your health in a negative way. Anxiety or panic attacks can be troublesome so take some time out for yourself and relax and forget the worries around you. Stay well

Stress can really worn out our body..Its good that you're okay now.. I think when we are experiencing that kind of things all we need to do is to rest our mind and our body.. I do need a vacation as well..hehe:)

Hi lolo, Thee is a transition in the climate and weather now. Might be you are allergic to those pollen count and hence had breathing trouble. I too feel sometime when there are more dust particles or strong odor that I do not like. I feel heaviness on my chest. I saw my doctor and after some examination he prescribed me a puff. Whenever I felt I was not ok in my breathing rhythm I take one puff of that medicine and I get relief instantly.
