I had already eaten, but I thought I had to have my usual nightly popcorn, so I ate a big bowl of that, and then I didn't have anything for my sweet tooth, so I got out my cook book and made old fashioned chocolate fudge. MMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmm! It was soooooooooo good. But it made me sick cause I ate the popcorn then fudge and drank a coke. I didn't have too much fun after that if you know what I mean.

Popcorn, we are having popcorn on friday night when we are going to have a family film show. That is sit on the sofa, turn all the lights off and watch the film. The last thre fridays we have had film nights with soft drinks and chocloates. The children have asked for some popcorn this week, I haven't brought them popcorn for quite a few years as last time I brought it they left most of it and said that they didn't like it! Shame as I have often thought of buying some but still thought that they didn't like it. So when I go to the supermarket tomorrow I shall be buying some popcorn for friday night. Hope you felt better after your binge, I keep binging and making myself feel awful! We never learn do we? Hope you are having a good evening. By the way I like brandy with my coke!!LOL

Binging is very ruff afterwards. I always call it a hangover in my tummy, and I have had some awful ones lately. But have done ok today, haven't eaten anything I shouldn't have done, and I opened chocolate biscuits for the children for supper! Biscuits are my real downfall, can stay away from crisps and cakes ok. Lets have some brandy in our coke and dance around our handbags!

sounds delicious! I have never been able to make fudge come out right. Hope you feel better today. It sounds as if you maybe had too much sugar??

That sounds pretty good to me. Too much chocolate covered anything? I don't think it is possible. I think it has to be the coke.

My fudge comes out right about every 4th time. But I go ahead and eat it with a spoon and love every bite of it. Then I have to have my honey roasted nuts.

@chrystaltears Me too. That does sound good. I do so love chocolate with just about anything. I am not real picky. I still blame the coke for your issues before. Of course, in all fairness, I don't drink carbonated beverages, so it is easier for me to blame them than for the chocolate (he he he).

Yes. I did, and I had to pay for it in the bathroom later. It told me it all had to come out. Yach! It was awful. Afterwards I felt better. I am going to have to be careful eating like that. I think one of my medications makes me eat like an idiot.

I don't think it's meds, sometimes I eat crazy combinations that i have to pay for later lol. I just get to craving all sorts of foods and when I eat them, they don't settle too well in my stomach later on.

You should see me when I go to the grocery store sometimes and get back hungry. I have to eat a little of this and a little of that out of everything. I'll eat chips, nuts, a cake, candy, ice cream, just whatever and then I'm sick!

Oh yes I do enjoy eating those foods too much. The scales keep showing me so. I have to find a way to slow down of of them. I can eat them in either order. Doesn't matter to me.
