whats happen with Chelsea?? i had predicted that chelsea morale is not good before the game.. with only get 1 points from Blackpool (if iam not wrong), its not good preparation for them for coming Napoli home.. and you imagine the morale of Napoli before the game..Their morale is so good when they can beat Fiorentina.. and my prediction is right.. Chelsea lead the first.. the goal from Juan mata in minute 27, using the blunder from the napoli captain, paolo cannavaro... but the first goal from Juan mata make Napoli play more better and effectively... And they make 2 goals with brilliant goal from Lavezzi and the superb finishing from Cavani using the superb assist too from Campagnaro and make the first half become 2-1 for Napoli... With the duet Cavani and lavezzi, its hard for Chelsea.. David Luiz and gary cahill play good in my opinion but Raul Meireless play below his standar..he is always late and always lost in air duel with many napoli midfielder... And once again, lavezzi make goal with the superb assist from Cavani..3-1 for Napoli.. it make AVB become so frustrated.. he is late changing the player...Essien change Meireless(if iam not wrong) and Lampard change Malouda... lampard helps slow but sure the style of Chelsea i think..but it was not enough...Napoli had enforced their defensive area.. and until the final half, the situation is still 3-1 for Napoli Napoli fans make party and believe they will go to the second next.. What about you?? do you believe that AVB will take revenge this lost?

Yes, it's a good game on Napoli's part. After all it's their home ground and napoli is always known for their attacking play. Their approach has paid off by scoring 3 goals. If they are able to defend well in the second leg at Stamford bridge, i'm sure napoli would go through to the next round at the expense of an ailing chelsea team. I can't see napoli losing by 2 goals when they visit chelsea's home ground especially when napoli keeps attacking. Napoli has the ability to open up play with their formation and it would be an interesting second leg.

It was one of the greatest games I have seen lately, it had every element needed for being a classic. The atmosphere in the stadium was fantastic, it is almost impossible to loose having those wonderful supporters in the back. As for the game, Napoli dominated the whole length of the match and won deservedly. Without the mistake made by Cannavaro, Chelsea wouldn't have scored in this game. Napoli did well to get back and to score three times, making it very hard for Chelsea to qualify. I think we will see a second leg which will be full of goals, because Chelsea needs to attack like mad right from the beginning. If they will not score till the halftime break, then Napoli will not concede two goals in the second half without scoring, I am sure of that.

thats right..maybe the blunder from the captain as the starting for waking up all Napoli elements.. from zero to hero..all players of Napoli play very good... Marek hamsik can win the duel in the center..He even beat Ramires and Meireless.. Morgan De Sanctis after the goal from Juan mata, always save same chance from Drogba and Mata.. and of course the star or MVP in the match is duet of Napoli, Cavani and Lavezzi.. both of them create the bad night for AVB and the team

We will see what is going to happen in the second leg. I think it will be a thrilling game also, where Chelsea will try everything they can in order to qualify. And that will leave spaces in the defense and the Napoli strikers will try to take advantage of it. I predict a game with at least 3 goals.

I think it was a great result for Napoli and a real poor one for Chelsea. This could be the last straw for AVB's tenure at Chelsea. Of course, Chelsea had more of the chances in the match, but they could not really capitalize and Napoli really cashed in on some real poor defending which led to all three goals. Now all hope for AVB hinges on the return leg. If Chelsea go out of Champions League then I think AVB will be sacked!! Cheers! Ram

The problem with Chelsea is the the core players are shadows of their former self. Beside, their influence in the dressing room is undermining AVB's. Chelsea got themselves a decent coach and if given the proper support by the playing staff, the Blues will be a force to be reckon with. As for their chances in Champions League, I have said before Napoli is a good team which few people given them the credits the deserved. But then, I have also said before I am secretly optimised of Arsenal's chance when they were drawn to face AC Milan.

the core or main player of chelsea under AVB era is Juan Mata, David Luis and Gary Cahill.. AVB slow but sure began not to play regularly John Tery, Lampard, and Ashley Cole.. he need a time and new style for changing a team as overall

i think napoli has a pretty decet team nowadays, and chelsea is not so good as it used to be some years ago.I still think that keeping the same players for so long time is not so good, they become more accomodated, bringing new ones they are always eager to show some service and prove that can be useful.
