Is it the season changing, or I don't know, but it is so hard for me to get up in the morning. Even if I go to bed at 10 PM or 11 PM, I still find it very difficult to wake up and go to colege. I started a training program, to make push-ups every two days before going to colege, but I gave up on it, only to sleep for 10 more minutes. I feel so ashamed... Also, at noon I feel so sleepy, but I know that if I sleep at noon, I won't be able to go to sleep at 11 that night.
