when do u think is the right time to read for optimal comprehension

I think the best time depends on the person. Whenever you're relaxed but alert is best. I usually read in the afternoon when the bulk of my work is finished and I don't have anything pressing to do. I read just before bed, too, but that's habit and I'm not sure it's best for me any more because I get so sleepy!

I guess you can call me a "book/reading addict"~no matter where I go, I always have a book in my hand. But, the best time for me to read is before bed. There is no tv, no kids talking/playing/whatever~it's me time. I usually give myself an hour maybe more to unwind from the day and read anywhere from 50-100 pages in that time. It's very relaxing also.
