I usually use Facebook and Gmail without problems. But today when I try to access these sites, I get warning that says "This connections is untrusted." It goes on to say that "If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site and you shouldn't continue." Is it possible that someone is trying to impersonate these sites? I don't want to continue because I might get my FB and gmail accounts complicated. I'm not a techy person to know what to do with this What should I do? Thanks in advance for your help.

i have already experienced that one, the main cause is its certificate has been expired. sometimes this is also because of untrusted connection made by your computer on the past days plus a low security of your anti virus. maybe updating your software can also help to solve the problem

I wouldn't have a problem if it's just only one site because I'd know it could be someone/thing impersonating it, but it's almost every site I open, including ebay, says it's untrusted connections. Anyway, thank you for your help.

You should also check to make sure you typed in the url correctly if you typed it in. Sometimes people will use a spoof site that looks like the real one with a similar address like faxebook or something.

Yup, that's what I do. I always check the URL. Thank you for the reminder about the spoof sites. Happy mylotting!
