What i really want to know is mylotters opinion about lies... do you think all lies are the same? do you think we should be honest all the time. The title i wrote is a hypothetical condition. Just say one day your girlfriend had a haircut and she ask weather you like it or not... deep down you like her previous haircut, but you also know that she wanted that new haircut, so would you lie to her and tell her you like it, or you tell her the truth even you know that it will hurt her feelings?

If I don't like it and they ask me I will say so. I don't feel the need to lie about that. But my friends already know it and they also know I don't like women with short hair.

IMO telling a few white lies sometimes to keep the peace isn't that horrible. I doubt anyone could be with me, let alone live with me if I was brutally honest all the time.
When it comes to that scenario though, I wouldn't lie. The reason for that is that I really... reaaaally don't like women with short hair. Though I'm pretty sure that my girlfriend would know that from the start.
