newbie for paypal

hi there guys! im new here in this site, anyone who's willing and have patience in teaching me or giving some guidelines on how to create an account on paypal with just having this local bank account, cos i dont have any credit cards.. any options pls..:) patiently waiting for your response..thank you

If you want to create a paypal account I believe you have to have a credit card.
After you have one, you go at paypal.com , create an account, you go to the bank, deposit some cash at a given bank account in order for validation. You will get a code that you will need for validating your paypal account. The money is returned in your account and presto. You have a PayPal account.

You don't need a validated PayPal account to be paid by MyLot and you don't need a credit card to open a PayPal account. In a few countries, a PayPal account can only be validated with a credit card. In India, you will need a PAN number and a bank account associated with that PAN number in order to verify your PayPal account.
Verification is normally done completely online. You don't have to deposit cash into an account but you will, of course, need an account and access to statements (either on or offline). PayPal will send either one or two small amounts to your account and you then have to tell them the number or the value of those amounts which appear on your statement.

I know someone he's my instructor. He share this site to us which we could have an alternative to own since some of is still searching forjob oppurtunities. The he mentioned to us that we could transfer our earnings from paypal to our bank accounts even we dont have any credit cards..
