This is the first time I have read about Earth Diet actually. Have you tried it already? I am very curious about this and would like to know its benefits. Is it good for diabetics? If so, maybe I could recommend it to my Aunt.=)

I have tried a few recipes off their website and am trying to stick to it as much as I can. It is very healthy. Should be suitable for most people but would prob need to check with her doctor to see if suitable for your aunt. Check out their website www.theearthdiet.org for more info.

ekt you need to put in more informaiton as a lot of people l ike
myself may never have heard of this diet. what does it consist of and what makes people call it the earth diet? be specific in your
discussions. do not just assume everyone knows what the Earth
diet is,I do not and I believe others also do not know.

The Earth Diet is a diet which cuts out all processed foods, so nothing that the earth hasnt produced naturally. Is a specific diet with a plan, so if people havnt heard of it then they most likley havnt tried it. It states "The Earth Diet is a lifestyle that focuses of the abundance of what the earth naturally provides".
